Lutheran MLK Day of Service

Honor the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday by participating in the Lutheran MLK Day of Service on Monday, January 15, 2018.  All children, youth and adults are invited to Rock of Ages Lutheran Church in Stone Mountain for a morning of service, advocacy and learning.

Service projects will benefit the children and families served by Lutheran Services of Georgia.

Hunger Walk/Run

February 25, 2018

Noon to 4 p.m.
Walk/Run begins at 2 p.m.

Georgia State Stadium

Join us for the annual Hunger Walk/Run benefiting the Atlanta Community Food Bank and LSG on February 25, 2018 at the Georgia State Stadium (formerly Turner Field).  This is the perfect chance to get active, get outside while helping to end hunger in the metro Atlanta area.

Starting at noon, the park will open offering an array of family friendly entertainment, including food trucks, music, performers and more.  The 5k Walk/Run begins at 2 p.m. and will take participants through the streets of downtown Atlanta.

 Each dollar raised will benefit Lutheran Services of Georgia, the Atlanta Community Food Bank, and hunger prevention efforts in your own community.
