Services: Disability Services
Lutheran Services of Georgia offers disability services in Columbus through our in-home placement program, FACES (Facilitating Advocacy, Care, Education, & Shelter). Our team works with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, the Georgia Department of Community Health, and the Department for Human Services to find compatible, safe, and supportive in-home living situations for individuals with disabilities. Our wish for our clients is for them to have meaningful, rich lives. To make that goal a reality, we rely on the generosity of our support companions, who open their homes to provide our clients with living situations that allow them to thrive.
