Title: Program Manager
FACES

Summary: The Program Manager will plan, direct and coordinate the growing Savannah FACES program, for people with developmental disabilities, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field. Previous direct experience in service provision to people with developmental disabilities.  Must have experience:  supervising, hiring and training professional staff, marketing programs to high levels of customer groups, and developing and managing a budget and billing processes.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability and desire to work within a team environment. Problem solving skills are required along with the ability to make difficult decisions after reviewing available information. Must be computer literate. Microsoft Word and Excel. Must own a personal vehicle, hold a valid Georgia Driver’s license, have a good driving record and appropriate personal auto insurance.
